What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Cancellations within 14–30 days receive a 50% refund. Less than 14 days is non-refundable, but we can reschedule subject to availability.

Do you offer packages or bundles?

Yes.we offer bundled packages that combine catering, protocol and styling at a discounted rate. We also offer annual retainers for corporate clients with recurring events.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, mobile money (MTN, Airtel), and major credit/debit cards. Payment is typically 50% deposit to confirm, with the balance due 7 days before the event.

Absolutely. We accommodate halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific diets. Just let us know during the consultation and our chefs will design accordingly.

Can you work with our existing venue?

Yes.we work at any venue in Kigali and across Rwanda. We can also recommend trusted venue partners if you haven't chosen one yet.

Do your hostesses speak multiple languages?

Our team is fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda. We can also source hostesses with Swahili, Portuguese and other language capabilities on request.

Do you handle setup and cleanup?

Do you provide equipment (tables, linens, AV)?
